Pete and Carra made a mid-career change to pursue God's call into full-time ministry with Cru in 2004.  Pete loves building guys up in their faith and constructing (or taking apart) things around the house.  Carra loves sharing her story and pointing to the Word for women and their relationships.  She enjoys blogging, HGTV inspired projects and natural homemaking.  Together they enjoy hanging out with their children and having students over to their house in Greensboro.

Michelle grew up in a small rural town in central NC. She loves college basketball and was part of the Screamin’ Demons student section that cheered on the basketball team all 4 years in school. She enjoys reading, both fiction and non-fiction, as well as taking pictures and scrapbooking. So talk to her about any of your creative ideas!

April enjoys new experiences. That adventurous spirit led her to spend a year doing ministry in East Asia after graduating; and she would love to talk to you about that experience! She also enjoys writing and spending time in coffee shops. She can frequently be found doing something crafty or updating one of her blogs. Jeff thinks North Carolina is the best state in which to live. He grew up in Durham and loves the outdoors. He also enjoys all sports (especially soccer and disc golf), football tailgating with bbq & sweet tea, and relaxing with friends over at his place. He loves visiting college campuses across the country and thinks that unassuming local restaurants are usually the best.

As a student Adam really enjoyed his college experience. Now this job allows him to hang out on college campuses without having to go to class - it's the best of both worlds! Other than hanging out with college students, he enjoys making music, hiking, disc golf, good movies, and Cheerwine.

Kimi, as staff with Bridges International, enjoys meeting students from different countries. She was an international student from Japan, and truly loves learning about different cultures, traditions, and histories. Other than that, she also enjoys photography, hiking, and tennis.

Jessica has ministry experience working in the regional office as an events coordinator and on campus at Duke University. She is married to Zach.  She loves coffee, fashion, and traveling.
