Bible Studies: Cru.CommBible studies are the primary means of growth in community for our students. If you aren't in one, then you need to check one out on your campus and connect with others seeking to grow in relationship with the Lord. If you are leading a Bible study, then click here for studies and resources that are Bible-centered and easily adaptable to any group. The staff strongly encourages every Bible study to use this resource. It really is the best resource that we can put in your hands; take our word for it and just do it.

Discipleship: The Compass
If you are looking for a way to grow in your walk with Christ or how to develop your ministry skills, then we encourage you to find a student leader or staff member and ask if they would be willing to meet with you. If you are a leader, then look for others that are faithful, available, and teachable and see if they would be willing to get in a discipleship relationship with you. If you ARE discipling students, then you can use the content that staff have gone over already with you or click here for great material broken up semester by semester. This resource is fantastic in its simplicity, depth, and transferability. Again, this is about the best resource that we can give you, so please take advantage of it.

Doctrine: Cru Doctrine

Then check out Cru Doctrine to grow in understanding of basic, historical Christian doctrine. It has been said that you can only trust someone as well as you know them, so it's time to develop your mind and learn about God's character.

Videos: Global Short Film Network
If you would like to see short films with redemptive themes, then be sure to check out the Global Short Film Network site. You can use these videos as a springboard into spiritual conversations with friends that you share them with. This is a creative and non-threatening way of dialoguing about spiritual beliefs. Download them to your smart phone or iPod and take them on campus to share with people impromptu. Pretty cool stuff!

Other Resources
10 Basic Steps Toward Christian Maturity is a great resource for young believers. Written by Cru founder Bill Bright, this series takes a new Christian from "who is Jesus?" to a survey of the Bible.
God Squad is a great catch-all resource center. There are tons of links and information about everything to do with Cru movements. Prayer, Evangelism, Discipleship, and Sending...it's all there in one convenient location. Discover God is a site that you can explore the depths of God's character, because you can only trust someone to the extent that you know them. Bill Bright once said, "We can trace all our human problems to our view of God." Discover who God really is and why it matters. The Ehrman Project (especially good) and Jesus: Fact or Fiction are a couple of apologetics sites that are worth your time checking out! The Traveling Team is a great resource to learn more about God's heart for the nations. This will ignite a vision and passion for the world in you! They likely have more information on world missions than you care to process. |
